Banyak orang yang terkenal, namun karena kebodohan mereka, mereka dengan percaya diri berbicara tanpa hikmat dan mendukakan Tuhan, berikut adalah beberapa orang tersebut

Beberapa tahun yang lalu, saat wawancara dengan sebuah majalah Amerika, John Lennon berkata: "Kekristenan akan berakhir, dan akan menghilang. Saya yakin hal itu tidak dapat diragukan lagi. Yesus sih lumayan, tapi tujuan-tujuanNya terlalu sederhana. Hari ini kami (the Beatles) lebih terkenal dari Dia." (1966). John Lennon setelah mengatakan bahwa the Beatles lebih terkenal dari Yesus Kristus, dibunuh oleh penggemarnya dengan 6 kali tembakan.

2. TANCREDO NEVES (Presiden Brasil):
Selama masa kampanye kepresidenannya, dia berkata bahwa jika ia mendapatkan 500,000 suara pemilih dari partainya, maka Tuhan pun tidak akan bisa menyingkirkan dia dari posisi kepresidenannya. Tancredo Neves memang berhasil mendapatkan suaranya, namun dia jatuh sakit sehari sebelum pelantikannya sebagai presiden, dan kemudian meninggal.

Di Campinas, Brasil, sekelompok sahabat yang mabuk pergi untuk menjemput seorang temannya.

Pada saat ibu anak tersebut mengantar anaknya ke mobil, dia sangat kuatir dengan kemabukan teman2nya; sambil memegang tangan anaknya yg duduk di mobil dia berkata: "Anakku, pergilah bersama dengan Tuhan, dan kiranya Dia melindungimu.."
Anaknya menjawab: "Ya jika Tuhan mau duduk di bagasi, sebab di dalam sini sudah penuh."
Beberapa jam kemudian, ada berita/ informasi yang mengabarkan bahwa anak-anak muda tersebut mengalami sebuah kecelakaan yang fatal, dan semuanya tewas. Mobilnya bahkan tidak dapat dikenali lagi jenisnya.., namun anehnya bagasi mobil tersebut utuh.
Polisi berkata bahwa tidak mungkin bagasi mobil tersebut bisa utuh. Yang lebih mengejutkan mereka, di dalam bagasi tersebut ada 1 peti telur, namun tidak ada satu pun yang pecah.
8. CHRISTINE HEWITT (Jurnalis Jamaica & penghibur):
Berkata bahwa Alkitab (Firman Tuhan) adalah buku terburuk yang pernah ditulis. Juni 2006, dia ditemukan tewas terbakar di motornya dan tak dapat dikenali lagi.

9. KUTUKAN YANG DIALAMI AHMED DEEDAT SI PENGHUJAT TUHAN
Ahmad Deedat, adalah seorang imigran asal India kelahiran tahun 1918 yang menjadi warga Afrika Selatan. Pernah memperoleh penghargaan ‘King Faishal Award’, Nobel dari Pemerintah Saudi Arabia pada tahun 1986 atas karya-karyanya. Semasa hidupnya, Deedat telah menerbitkan sekitar 22 buku penting dan telah dicetak hingga 20 juta kopi yang beredar luas di berbagai benua.

Deedat adalah seorang ulama Islam anti Kristen di kota Durban Afrika Selatan. Maksud dari anti Kristen disini adalah baik itu berupa khotbah-khotbahnya dan tujuan dakwahnya hanyalah untuk menyerang keKristenan, bukan untuk pengajaran tentang agama Islam. Dia membuat buku combat Kit (baca juga : Tanggapan Atas Buku Combat Kit Ahmed Deedat) pada tahun 1992 dan buku-buku lain untuk menyerang keKristen.
Oleh karena khotbah-khotbahnya terlalu ofensif, Ahmed Deedat dilarang masuk ke beberapa negara sekuler karena dikhawatirkan akan menimbulkan kerusuhan sosial. Negara-negara tersebut diantaranya adalah Nigeria, Prancis, Singapura dan Australia (setelah kotbahnya yang terakhir dan sangat ofensif pada Jumat Agung, yakni Hari Raya Paskah umat Kristiani di sydney Australia 1996).
Deedat ini kemungkinan besar adalah seorang Ahmadyah Qadiani (yang di fatwa sesat oleh MUI) karena argumen-argumennya mengenai penyaliban Yesus berasal dari doktrin Qadiani. Ahmed Deedat menyatakan bahwa Yesus benar-benar disiksa dan naik ke tiang salib, tetapi cuma pingsan, tidak mati (The Choice). Berbeda dengan doktrin Islam pada umumnya percaya bahwa Yudas Iskariotlah yang disalibkan karena Allah telah menggantikan wajahnya menjadi serupa dengan wajah Yesus sedangakan Yesus sendiri langsung diangkat ke sorga.
Walau banyak fans muslim yang menganggapnya sebagai pahlawan Islam, bahkan diberi penghargaan dari Arab Saudi, tentu saja banyak juga kalangan muslim yang tidak setuju dengan Deedat. Bahkan muslim sekampungnya di Afrika Selatan menulis :
‘It is a well known fact throughout South Africa, even among Christian evangelical circles, that in so far as Mr. Ahmed Deedat in particular is concerned, the Muslim community of South Africa as a whole is not in total agreement with his method of propagating Islam. The Muslim Digest itself provides ample testimony for having been reluctantly compelled over the years to condemn in no uncertain terms the method of Mr. Deedat’s propagation of Islam, especially amongst Christians. No less has Mr. Deedat been condemned by responsible Muslim religious bodies and individuals for the manner in which he propagates Islam that results in ill-will being generated against Muslims.’

Sejak setahun lebih sebelum Deedat mengalami stroke, pendeta-pendeta Kristen di kotanya Durban, sudah membuat surat terbuka untuk mengajaknya bertobat, karena mereka mengerti risiko penghujatan ofensif yang dilakukannya dalam konteks rohani akan berakibat fatal terhadap dirinya sendiri. Namun ajakan tersebut tidak dilayaninya sama sekali.
Tepat 4 (empat) minggu setelah Deedat menghujat penyaliban Yesus yang sengaja dilakukan pada hari Jumat Agung (Hari Raya Paskah) di Sydney, Deedat secara tiba-tiba terserang stroke dan kehilangan suaranya untuk selama-lamanya. Lehernya kejang, sehingga tak mampu makan, minum atau bicara. Deedat hanya mampu berkomunikasi kedipan mata saja. Selama 9 (sembilan) tahun lamanya ia menderita. Selama dalam perawatan, Deedat hanya dapat mengkonsumsi makana melalui selang yang lansung dimasukan kedalam lambungnya melalui sebuah lubang di perutnya selama 9 tahun higga ajalnya. Selama masa penderitaanya ini, Deedat juga sudah pernah dikunjungi dan didoakan oleh orang-orang Kristen.(Luk 6 : 27,28), (Rom 12 : 20)
Deedat masih berstatus sebagai pemimpin Islamic Propagation Centre International (IPCI), sebuah lembaga yang masih dipegangnya hingga meninggal. Namun ia juga meninggalkan banyak hutang pada beberapa Ulama yang diwariskan kepada anak-anaknya. Karena seluruh harta kekayaan dari royalty hasil penjualan buku-bukunya yang sangat laris telah habis dipakai untuk biaya perawatannya selama 9 tahun masa kesengsaraannya itu, maka segala harta bendanya yang tersisa sangat tidak memadai untuk membayar hutang-hutangnya hingga saat ini.
AKHIR HIDUP AHMED DEEDAT
Di Indonesia, buku-buku karya Ahmed Deedat dijual bebas, tetapi buku-buku tanggapan atas argumennya tidak diizinkan untuk terbit dan beredar dengan bebas. Tokoh lawan debat Deedat yang sudah menerbitkan bukunya adalah John Gilchrist dan Dr. Anish Sorrosh. Hal inilah yang membuat Serangan Ahmed Deedat dalam buku Combat Kit-nya terhadap keKristenan seolah-olah tidak terbantahkan oleh sebagian masyarakat Indonesia.

Jauh sebelum injil ditulis, Yesus sudah memberitahukan kepada murid-murid-Nya bagaimana Injil akan ditulis seperti yang ada pada kita sekarang ini, yaitu dengan pengajaran dan segala sesuatu yang diingatkan oleh Roh Kudus kepada mereka.
‘tetapi Penghibur, yaitu Roh Kudus, yang akan diutus oleh Bapa dalam nama-Ku, Dialah yang akan mengajarkan segala sesuatu kepadamu dan akan mengingatkan kamu akan semua yang telah Kukatakan kepadamu.’ (Yoh 14 :26)
‘tetapi Penghibur, yaitu Roh Kudus, yang akan diutus oleh Bapa dalam nama-Ku, Dialah yang akan mengajarkan segala sesuatu kepadamu dan akan mengingatkan kamu akan semua yang telah Kukatakan kepadamu.’ (Yoh 14 :26)
Dan bagi mereka yang menghujat Injil, itu berarti sama saja dengan menghujat pada yang mengajarkan injil tersebut, yaitu Roh Kudus. Dalam hal penghujatan ini, Yesus telah mengatakan suatu konsekwensi kekal yang akan dihadapinya kelak bagi mereka yang menghujat Injil Kebenaran-Nya!
Aku berkata kepadamu: ‘Sesungguhnya semua dosa dan hujat anak-anak manusia akan diampuni, ya, semua hujat yang mereka ucapkan. Tetapi apabila seorang menghujat Roh Kudus, ia tidak mendapat ampun selama-lamanya, melainkan bersalah karena berbuat dosa kekal.’ (Mar 3 : 28, 29)
Dosa kekal ini sungguh terjadi pada Ahmed Deedat yang telah menghujat Injil dengan begitu beraninya, bukan kepada para pendeta ataupun orang-orang parcaya lainnya, tetapi Ia telah begitu berani dan takaburnya untuk menghujat Roh kudus. Bagi seorang Deedat sudah tidak ada lagi jalan untuk bertobat, walaupun ia telah diperingati maupun didoakan oleh orang-orang Kristen ketika masa perawatannya di rumah sakit selama 9 tahun terahir dari sisa hidupnya ini. Oleh karenanya, Bukanlah suatu kebetulan jika Deedat kehilangan kemampuan berbicara untuk selamanya, hal itu terjadi karena ia telah melakukan dosa kekal, dan keselamatan kekal dalam Kristus Tuhan sudah tidak mungkin berlaku lagi terhadap dirinya, kerena ada tertulis :
‘Sebab jika kamu mengaku dengan mulutmu, bahwa Yesus adalah Tuhan, dan percaya dalam hatimu, bahwa Allah telah membangkitkan Dia dari antara orang mati, maka kamu akan diselamatkan. Karena dengan hati orang percaya dan dibenarkan, dan dengan mulut orang mengaku dan diselamatkan.’(Rom 10 : 9, 10)
‘Sebab jika kamu mengaku dengan mulutmu, bahwa Yesus adalah Tuhan, dan percaya dalam hatimu, bahwa Allah telah membangkitkan Dia dari antara orang mati, maka kamu akan diselamatkan. Karena dengan hati orang percaya dan dibenarkan, dan dengan mulut orang mengaku dan diselamatkan.’(Rom 10 : 9, 10)
Paulus dengan tegas telah memperingatkan kita :
‘Tetapi sekalipun kami atau seorang malaikat dari sorga yang memberitakan kepada kamu suatu injil yang berbeda dengan Injil yang telah kami beritakan kepadamu, terkutuklah dia. Seperti yang telah kami katakan dahulu, sekarang kukatakan sekali lagi: jikalau ada orang yang memberitakan kepadamu suatu injil, yang berbeda dengan apa yang telah kamu terima, terkutuklah dia.’ (Galatia 1 : 8, 9)
‘Tetapi sekalipun kami atau seorang malaikat dari sorga yang memberitakan kepada kamu suatu injil yang berbeda dengan Injil yang telah kami beritakan kepadamu, terkutuklah dia. Seperti yang telah kami katakan dahulu, sekarang kukatakan sekali lagi: jikalau ada orang yang memberitakan kepadamu suatu injil, yang berbeda dengan apa yang telah kamu terima, terkutuklah dia.’ (Galatia 1 : 8, 9)
HUKUMAN TUHAN - KUALAT
Berikut ini adalah kisah mengenai Sheikh Ahmad Deedat kena TULAH & KUALAT:
Pihak Islam sendiri terutama di Afrika Selatan negara asalnya, mereka menganggap Deedat sebagai "berbahaya". Mereka juga menelusuri hubungan Deedat dengan paham BAHAISME yang mengatakan bahwa "TIADA LAGI ISLAM, ISLAM HANYA UNTUK 1000 TAHUN".
Whateverlah itu, Deedat membuat banyak orang menjadi "Deedat banget" termasuk beberapa pengikut setianya yang selalu menggenakan isi kepala tua sang pendebat (kita sudah tahu siapa orang-orang itu)
Misalnya selalu didengungkan mengenai kitab Kidung Agung, Lot dan 2 anak perempuannya, Yehuda yang menggauli menantunya, dll. Mereka memandangnya dengan penuh tanya dan "kemenangan" ...
Sementara Deedat menyembunyikan kenyataan bahwa nabinya Muhammad suatu waktu membuat SKANDAL. Ia jatuh cinta pada Zainab, istri anak angkatnya sendiri Zaid bin Muhammad!
Untuk MELEGITIMASI nafsu birahi terhadap menantunya sendiri kemudian dikatakan "Turun sebuah ilham bahwa hal itu OKEY ..." dan yang paling kasihan adalah Zaid bin Muhammad, ia secara terpaksa rela melepaskan istri tercintanya untuk memenuhi hasrat AYAH (ANGKATNYA), sang "nabi". Zaid menceraikan istrinya sehingga memuluskan "ilham" agar Muhammad sah mengawini menantunya sendiri ... ini sangat keterlaluan!
INI BENAR-BENAR BALOK DI MATA SENDIRI ... Kapal yang jangkarnya jatuh di dasar laut berpasir atau lumpur memang tidak dapat mencengkeram kuat sehingga kapalnya terombang-ambing ...

4 minggu segera setelah selesai pidato di Australia, Ahmad Deedat kolaps dan kena penyakit lumpuh yang aneh. Ia lumpuh total dari leher ke bawah dan tidak bisa berbicara, sementara kesadarannya masih PENUH SEPERTI SEDIAKALA. ia berkomunikasi menggunakan sinar dan kedipan matanya. Seorang pendeta yang beberapa kali DEBAT TERBUKA dengan Deedat suatu kali datang mengunjungi untuk menyatakan turut prihatin dan meminta Deedat untuk mengakui kesalahannya dan mohon pengampunan Tuhan, tetapi dengan sinar mata tajam Deedat seolah berkata "TIDAK, SAYA BENAR" ... Beberapa minggu kemudian tepatnya pagi hari tanggal 8 Agustus 2005, Sheikh Ahmad Deedat menghembuskan nafas terakhir dalam usia 78 tahun, setelah sembilan tahun TERKUNCI DALAM TUBUH MAUTNYA.
