Hal tersebut yang kemudian dibuktikan Dana Parris, pemilik restoran Just Cookin. Wanita paruh baya tersebut membebaskan pelanggannya untuk membayar makanan dan minuman yang telah disantap sesukanya. Awalnya, banyak yang mengatakan cara pembayaran tersebut akan membuat Parris bangkrut. Bahkan banyak orang meremehkan ide Parris. Nyatanya, seminggu setelah menjalankan cara pembayaran nyeleneh tersebut, keuntungan Parris justru meningkat. Ia mengaku keuntungannya berlipat ganda. Restoran Parris terletak di Dallas, North Carolina, Amerika. Restoran ini mempunyai cara unik saat pelanggan akan melakukan pembayaran. Restoran bernama Just Cookin tersebut mempersilakan setiap orang untuk membayar sajian yang telah disantap sesukanya. Pemilik restoran, Dana Parris mengatakan, mengaku sengaja melakukan hal tersebut. Ia percaya, setiap rezeki sudah diatur Tuhan. Parris menambahkan, cara pembayaran tersebut justru membawa peruntungan baginya. Pemasukannya justru meningkat tiga kali dalam minggu pertama. Ia kemudian menceritakan pengalaman unik yang pernah dialaminya, saat seorang suster tidak memiliki uang yang cukup untuk membayar makanan yang telah dipesannya, hot dog dan segelas minuman. Parris pun membiarkannya membayar semampunya. "Dua hari kemudian dia balik lagi dan membayar USD 20 (Rp 240 ribu) saat memesan menu yang sama," ujar Parris.
