Merdeka.com - Bayi perempuan kembar lahir dua tahun lalu di Amerika Serikat ini ternyata punya ayah yang berbeda. Fenomena unik itu terjadi setelah Hakim Pengadilan Kota New Jersey menetapkan tes DNA untuk mencari tahu orang tua sesungguhnya bayi yang jadi sengketa itu.

Ibu dari dua anak perempuan ini mengadu ke pengadilan karena lelaki yang dia yakini ayah mereka tidak mau bertanggung jawab memberi nafkah. Lelaki tak disebut namanya itu berkukuh bukan ayah biologis keduanya, sehingga turut melapor ke pengadilan.

Huffington Post, Sabtu (9/5), melaporkan ahli DNA Karl-Hanz Wurzinger yang disewa pengadilan bersaksi dua anak itu memang punya ayah berbeda. "Ini kasus yang jarang tapi mungkin terjadi. Perbandingannya 1 dari 13 ribu kasus," ujarnya.

DNA satu anak memang sama dengan lelaki yang diminta menafkahi, tapi kembarannya punya DNA sama sekali berbeda. Menurut keterangan Karl, kejadian seperti ini bisa terjadi bila perempuan berhubungan badan dengan dua lelaki berbeda pada satu periode menstruasi yang sama.

Alhasil, Hakim Sohail Mohammad yang memimpin persidangan memerintahkan pengacara si ibu untuk mencari ayah lainnya jika ingin keduanya mendapat nafkah. "Tergugat diwajibkan memberi tunjangan uintuk satu anak yang menjadi sengketa senilai USD 28 (Rp 367 ribu-red) setiap pekan," kata Sohail

Identitas detail pihak-pihak yang bersengketa dalam kasus unik ini, termasuk nama dua anak kembar tersebut, tidak diungkap pengadilan.

Si ibu, dalam keterangan tertulis kepada pengadilan, menyatakan tahu siapa lelaki lain yang harus dia minta pertanggungjawabannya. Wanita ini mengakui bercinta dengan dua pria berbeda dalam sepekan pada 2012.

Try to imagine this. When you're reading a story on the web or blog, you are given two choices. You can choose the next story based on your own choice. After selecting then you can continue reading the story. Shortly afterwards you will be presented back to the 2 other options. The next choice is up to you. Then you continue the story you are reading. After that you will be faced again with 2 choices. So onwards.

If you feel curious then you can re-read the story by changing your selection. Then you will see a different story with the story that you have read previously. The question now is why is this so? Because the storyline will be varying according to your choice. 

Based on the above, then you are faced with two choices. Are you interested in reading my story is? Or you are not interested at all. The choice is in your hands.
