Jakarta - IndonesianCloud mengumumkan peluncuran FreeCloud, inovasi baru yang cukup menarik. Pasalnya, infrastruktur dasar dari virtual server yang disediakan pada FreeCloud ini gratis.

Memang, pastinya ada syarat dan ketentuan berlaku pada layanan ini. Tetapi bagi perusahaan yang ingin berlangganan, seperti ditegaskan dalam keterangannya, akan diberikan 10 virtual servers secara gratis.

Biaya hanya dikenakan apabila perusahaan menginginkan layanan tambahan tertentu yang bersifat premium seperti bantuan support, bandwidth internet yang dedicated/khusus, lisensi software dan sebagainya.

Menurut Neil Cresswell, CEO IndonesianCloud, FreeCloud adalah pilihan yang sangat tepat untuk mereka yang menginginkan fleksibilitas dari layanan Cloud, dan untuk bisa menggunakan layanan ini sangatlah mudah.

"Yang Anda butuhkan untuk mendapatkan sebuah akun FreeCloud adalah menyertakan nama perusahaan, nomor TDP perusahaan, NPWP perusahaan serta alamat email perusahaan yang valid. FreeCloud menyediakan alokasi hingga 20 VM untuk setiap perusahaan," ujarnya, Selasa (7/4/2015).

FreeCloud sangat sesuai digunakan bagi perusahaan startup, e-commerce dan pengembang software (ISV/Independent Software Vendors) yang ingin menjalankan aplikasi berbasis online, tetapi secara bersamaan juga bisa digunakan untuk layanan Disaster Recovery dengan biaya terjangkau.

Cloud computing telah menjadi tren pasar saat ini yang memungkinkan akses ke dalam suatu resources computing secara skalabel, tanpa adanya biaya investasi di awal.
