CRONOSAL-Bahasa di dalam kehidupan sehari-hari telah menjadi komponen penting dalam sosialisasi. Sistem komunikasi dari bahasa telah ditemukan ribuan tahun yang lalu dan kini tersebar di seluruh dunia, serta penggunaan dialek yang berbeda-beda. Di zaman internet seperti ini, jejaring sosial semacam Facebook mudah kita temukan.

Facebook, media sosial yang berdiri sejak 2004 ini telah mendukung tampilan berbahasa asing. Termasuk diantaranya adalah bahasa negeri kita, Bahasa Indonesia. Tetapi tahukah sobat bahwa Facebook juga menerbitkan tampilan khusus yang mirip dengan tulisan ALAY?

Berdasarkan artikel dari Wikipedia, Alay dapat dikaitkan dengan perilaku berlebihan yang terbilang aneh bagi orang lain. Misalnya dengan menulis tulisan yang sangat Ah Sudahlah. Terkadang tulisan tersebut diselingi angka sehingga lebih mirip dengan rumus Aljabar dibanding tulisan. Mungkin kebiasaan Alay sudah banyak ditinggalkan, tetapi tetap saja ada yang belum bisa berpindah dari budaya kontroversi tersebut. 1. Masuk ke Facebook, kemudian klik Pengaturan

2. Pada bagian Bahasa, klik Sunting

3. Pilih bahasa Leet Speak

4. Klik Simpan Perubahan

5. Lihat hasilnya

Jujur saja, saya sendiri tidak betah dengan tampilan ini. Tetapi demi sebuah posting konyol, saya rela melakukannya, wkwkwkw. Sebagai informasi, Leet Speak sebenarnya adalah bahasa Alay versi Inggris, hanya bedanya ini dibuat sudah sejak 3 dekade lalu dan menjadi bahasa alternatif untuk beberapa hal saja (seperti kode). Ya, tutorial ini tidak saya sarankan untuk dipakai secara permanen, boleh saja jika sobat kuat melihat huruf-huruf Alay :v
