Silas Daniel Raj, dari the European Lung Foundation mencoba melakukan studi terhadap 130 orang, dimana setengah dari orang tersebut bermain alat musik tiup.
Hasilnya, kelompok yang memainkan alat musik tiup ternyata memiliki resiko rendah terhadap apnoea atau gangguan pernapasan yang seringkali terjadi saat tidur.
"Penemuan dari peneletian ini dapat menjadi alat pencegah atau terapi bagi orang yang memiliki masalah pernapasan saat tidur," ujar Daniel Raj.
