• Klik menu Start yang berlokasi dipojok kiri bawah layar monitor anda.
• Kemudian klik ikon Run.
• Pada layar command, Anda harus mengetik "msconfig".
• Kemudian jendela baru akan muncul dengan judul ‘System Configuration Utility’, pada jendela ini klik tab Startup.
• Dan akan muncul daftar yang menunjukan semua program yang anda jalankan. Disini kosongkan semua centang pada program yang sudah tidak anda pakai lagi.
• Dan jika anda sudah selesai kemudian klik OK untuk dapat menghentikan program. Dengan begitu sebagian program yang telah dihapus akan meringankan daya pada CPU serta mengoptimalkan kinerja komputer anda.
