Merdeka.com - Tidak semua orang terbiasa dengan konsep kloset duduk. Apalagi kalau sedari kecil anda lebih akrab memakai WC jongkok. Tapi biar bagaimanapun, jangan tiru kebiasaan buruk 'mengoplos' cara pakai toilet. Kalau ngeyel, hasilnya seperti pria asal Kota Hefei, Provinsi Anhui, China ini.
Pria tak disebut namanya itu memakai toilet di Bandara Xingqiao, sebelum naik pesawat tujuan Qunming. Barangkali kesulitan buang air besar sambil duduk, dia nekat berjongkok di WC bandara. Bukannya lega, dudukan kloset langsung ambrol.
Shanghaiist, Sabtu (18/4) menyatakan lelaki apes itu mengalami cedera parah. "Dari temuan kita sementara ini, hampir pasti toilet rusak lantaran pengguna memaksa berjongkok," kata seorang staf kebersihan bandara.
Rupanya pria itu tak mau menanggung malu. Sambil dilarikan rumah sakit, dia melapor ke staf menuding kualitas toilet duduk di bandara Xingqiao jelek.
Adapun petugas bandara meyakini toilet itu memang jadi korban penumpang yang ngotot berjongkok. Padahal sudah ada papan peringatan di luar WC agar setiap pengguna memperhatikan tata cara buang air yang 'benar'.
"Kami semakin yakin kalau dia berjongkok di WC duduk setelah dia terus bertanya apakah akan dikenai denda," kata manajer operasional bandara.
Dan memang si pria nahas itu harus bayar ganti rugi. Bandara Xingqiao menetapkan denda lebih dari 1.000 Yuan (setara Rp 2 juta) kepadanya karena merusak fasilitas publik.
