How to get a top secrets of longevity.

Most people want to live longer and if necessary to live in eternity. Various methods are used by humans in order to obtain longevity. There are vegetarians, exercise, taking certain medications, taking various vitamins, surgery, certain hormone injections, and conduct regular diet. Although the science is more advanced, although people have done a lot of research, but the average human life is becoming increasingly shorter. The question now is why lifespans shortened by God? Get the answers by reading, investigating and testing the Bible.
The Bible is not a medical book. But if investigated then there are hundreds of verses that can give us a secret of longevity, healthy life, wealth and peace. 

The history of human life from eternity until death.
God created humans to live in eternity (Genesis 2:7-17). Because Adam and Eve were created in the image of God (Genesis 1:26-27, 5:1). The question now is if humans were created by God to live in eternity, then why humans can die? Sin makes humans could die.
Romans {6:23} For the wages of sin [is] death;

Why do humans sin against God?
Genesis {2:16} And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: {2:17} But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die. 
Genesis {3:6} And when the woman saw that the tree [was] good for food, and that it [was] pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make [one] wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.
Adam and Eve sinned because they ate the forbidden fruit (Genesis 3:6).

Human deaths.
Genesis {5:5} And all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years: and he died.
The question now is why Adam did not die after eating the forbidden fruit as God said? Adam could even reach the age of 930 years old. Did God lie? 
God can not lie (Numbers 23:19, Titus 1:2, Hebrews 6:18).
Psalms {90:4} For a thousand years in thy sight [are but] as yesterday when it is past, and [as] a watch in the night.
2 Peter {3:8} But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day [is] with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
Based on Psalm 90:4 and 2 Peter 3:8, we can see that the day of the Lord is as a thousand years of human. So God does not lie for Adam died on the same day when he ate the forbidden fruit, be based on the Lord's day (Genesis 3:6).

The history of human life from time to time.
God forbid Adam to eat the fruit from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil (Genesis 2:16-18). Adam and Eve ate the forbidden fruit (Genesis 3:6) so that Adam could not reach the age of one thousand years (Genesis 5:5).
The Bible records the human lifespan since the time of Adam to Noah (Genesis 5:1-32, 9:29).Adam: 930.Seth: 912.Enos: 905.Cainan: 910.Mahalaleel: 895.Jared: 962.Enoch: 365.Methuselah: 969.Lamech: 777.Noah: 950.
All descendants of Adam also can not reach the age of one thousand years. The question now is why are all descendants of Adam also can not reach the age of one thousand years? The answer is because they were born in the likeness and image of Adam (Genesis 5:3). So if Adam could not reach the age of a thousand years so all his descendants too.

God reduces human lifespan.
Based on the Bible, in the time of Noah, God reduces human lifespan of not reaching a thousand years to 120 years (Genesis 6:3).
God reduces human life because:1. Humans began to polygamy (Genesis 6:3).2. The wickedness of man [was] great in the earth (Genesis 6:5).3. Every imagination of the thoughts of his heart [was] only evil continually (Genesis 6:5).4. The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence (Genesis 6:11, 13).5. For all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth (Genesis 6:12).
Several hundred years later in the time of Moses, God reduces humans lifespans of 120 years to 70-80 years (Psalm 90:10).
Psalms{90:10} The days of our years [are] threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength [they be] fourscore years, yet [is] their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.
In the 21st century there are many people who die before reaching the age of 70 years. The question now is why?
James {4:14} Whereas ye know not what [shall be] on the morrow. For what [is] your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.
God reduces human lifespan because they do evil (Psalms 34:16), so the years of the wicked shall be shortened (Proverbs 10:27, Psalms 9:5, Ecclesiastes 8:13).
The question now is what the proof that God can reduce the life of humans?
Here's a list of evidence that God can reduce human life:1. The flood of waters was upon the earth in the days of Noah (Genesis 7:1-24). 2. The destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah (Genesis 19:1-29) 3. The death of Korah, Dathan and Abiram who rebelled against the leadership of Moses. They died because punished by God (Numbers 16:1-50). 4. Even Moses and Aaron also reduced their age by God for committing sin (Numbers 20:2-13). They both should not enter into the Promised Land (Numbers 20:12). Although they both were supposed to lead the Israelites entered the Promised Land (Exodus 3:15-17).5. Ten Plagues that God has given to the Egyptians in the time of Moses (Exodus 7:14-12:33).6. Various natural disasters such as volcanic eruptions, earthquakes and tsunamis.7. Epidemic of a disease.

God prolong human lifespan.
In addition to reducing human lifespan, God can also extend the life of human beings.
Proverbs {3:1} My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments: {3:2} For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee.
Proverbs {3:16} Length of days [is] in her right hand; [and] in her left hand riches and honour.
Proverbs {4:10} Hear, O my son, and receive my sayings; and the years of thy life shall be many.
How to get a long life:1. The fear of the Lord (Proverbs 9:10-11, 10:27, Psalms 34:11).2. Believed in the LORD, as practiced by Abraham then God counted it to him for righteousness (Genesis 15: 6).3. My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments (Proverbs 3:1). Because he hath set his love upon me (Psalms 91:14).4. Honour thy father and thy mother (Exodus 20:12, Deuteronomy 5:16, Ephesians 6:2-3).5. He that hateth covetousness shall prolong [his] days (Proverbs 28:16).6. He asked life of thee, [and] thou gavest [it] him, [even] length of days for ever and ever (Psalms 21:4).7. If you need to pray, crying, as was done by King Hezekiah (2 Kings 20:2-3, Isaiah 38:2-3).8. Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile (Psalms 34:13).9. Depart from evil, and do good (Psalms 34:14).10. Seek peace, and pursue it (Psalms 34:14).
The question now is what the proof that God can extend the life of humans?
Here's a list of evidence that God can prolong human life:
1. When God limits the human lifespan is only 120 years (Genesis 6:3), it turns out there are people who are aged over 120 years. They were the generations of Shem (Genesis 11:10-26). Shem was the son of Noah (Genesis 6:10, 9:18).
Here's a list of people who are aged over 120 years (Genesis 11:10-32, 23:1-2, 25:7-8, 35:28-29, 47:28-29).Shem: 600.Arphaxad: 438.Salah: 433.Eber: 464.Peleg: 320.Reu: 239.Serug: 230.Nahor: 148.Terah: 205.Sarah: 127.Abraham: 175.Isaac: 180.Jacob: 147.
2. When God limits the human lifespan is only 70-80 years (Psalms 90:10), it turns out there are people who are aged over 70-80 years.Aaron: 123 years (Numbers 33:39).Moses: 120 years (Deuteronomy 34:7).Joshua: 110 years (Joshua 24:29, Judges 2:8).
3. King Hezekiah extended the age of 15 years by God (2 Kings 20:1-11, Isaiah 38:1-22). King Hezekiah extended the age of 15 years by God because:a. He did [that which was] right in the sight of the LORD (2 Kings 18:3).b. He removed the high places, and brake the images, and cut down the groves, and brake in pieces the brasen serpent that Moses had made (2 Kings 18:4).c. He trusted in the LORD God of Israel (2 Kings 18:5).d. For he clave to the LORD, [and] departed not from following him, but kept his commandments, which the LORD commanded Moses (2 Kings 18:6).e. He has walked before thee in truth and with a perfect heart (2 Kings 20:3, Isaiah 38:3).f. He has done [that which is] good in thy sight (2 Kings 20:3, Isaiah 38:3).g. Pray to the Lord (2 Kings 20:2, Isaiah 38:2) and cry (2 Kings 20:5, Isaiah 38:5).
4. God prolong the life of human beings in a way awaken those who have died before.a. Elijah raised the son of a widow in Zarephath (1 Kings 17:8-24).b. Elisha son of a woman in Shunem (2 Kings 4:8-37).c. The corpse hit the sepulchre of Elisha come back to life (2 Kings 13:20-21).d. Jesus raised the daughter of Jairus, the ruler of the synagogue (Matthew 9:23-25, Mark 5:35-42, Luke 8:41-55).e. Jesus raised a young son in Nain (Luke 7:11-17).f. Jesus raised Lazarus (John 11:1-44).g. Peter raised Tabitha, which by interpretation is called Dorcas (Acts 9:36-42).h. Paul evokes Eutychus (Acts 20:7-12).

Conclusion.
Man was created in eternity. Humans can die due to disobey God by eating the forbidden fruit. Age of all the descendants of Adam can not reach a thousand years old. After that twice Lord reduces human life. In the days of Noah, God reduces human life to 120 years old. And in the days of Moses, God again reduces the human being into 70-80 years old.
God gave two choices to humans, that is a blessing (Deuteronomy 28:1-14) or curse (Deuteronomy 28:15-46). If we are obedient to the commands, prohibitions and laws of God then we will get the blessing. And if we do not obey the commands, prohibitions and laws of God then we will get the curse. One of the blessings to mankind is longevity. And a curse to mankind is shortened age.
If we are given the longevity by God then the first thing to do is thank God for the grace. After that we have to keep our bodies healthy always. Because useless we live longer if we get sick.
Ecclesiastes {11:8} But if a man live many years, [and] rejoice in them all.
Psalms {91:16} With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.
Deuteronomy {30:19} I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, [that] I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live: {30:20} That thou mayest love the LORD thy God, [and] that thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for he [is] thy life, and the length of thy days: that thou mayest dwell in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.
Now which one you choose, longevity blessed or cursed with age is reduced? The choice is in your hands. It's up to you.

If you feel curious then you can re-read the story by changing your selection. Then you will see a different story with the story that you have read previously. The question now is why is this so? Because the storyline will be varying according to your choice. 

I, as the author is planning to make tens of thousands of articles with millions of choices in it. With tens of thousands of articles then you like to see a show of your favorite series on TV for several years. The difference is while watching your favorite TV series, then you can not change the story. Meanwhile, if you read this story then you can alter the way the story according to your own choice.

You might say like this. Sounds like a book "choose your own adventure". Books I read when I was young.

Correctly. The idea is taken from there. But if you read through a book, the story is not so exciting. Due to the limited number of pages. When a child first you may already feel interesting. But if you re-read the book now then becomes no fun anymore because you don't get anything with the amount of 100-200 pages.
